How We Make It

1. Send Us a Picture of Your Pet
   • Take the picture in good light
   • Get your pet to look at the camera
   • Get close to see all their cute details
   • Need help? Just ask Kris!
2. See Your Design (1-3 days) We'll turn your pet's picture into a design. Want to change something? Just tell us!
3. Making Your Shirt (2-3 days) Our artists sew your pet's face onto your shirt with lots of care.
4. Getting Your Shirt (8-12 days) We pack your shirt nicely and send it to you from our team.

VERY IMPORTANT! About Your Design

• You MUST say "yes" to your design in 5 days
• After 5 days, we'll start making it anyway
• Once we start making it, we can't change it
• Check your email (even the junk mail!)

We Promise You'll Be Happy

• If you don't like it in 60 days, you get your money back
• If it gets lost or broken, we'll fix it
• We'll help right away with any problems
• If it takes more than 5 weeks, you get a free one!

Taking Care of Your Shirt

• Wash it gently in cold water
• Let it dry in the air
• Iron it inside-out and be careful
