- See Your Design (1-3 days): We'll turn your pet's photo into a design. Want changes? Just tell us.
- Making Your Item (2-3 days): Our artists sew your pet's face with thread.
- Shipping (8-12 days): We pack your item carefully and send it to you from Singapore.

- You must check your design within 5 days
- After 5 days, we start making it
- Once we start making it, we can't change it
- Check your email (and spam folder) for the design
