   • Get close to your pet

2. We make a design (1-3 days): We'll show you how it will look. Want changes? Tell us.
3. We stitch it (2-3 days): Our workers stitch your pet's face on the bag.
4. We send it (8-12 days): We pack it nicely and send it to you.

• You must say "yes" to the design in 5 days
• After 5 days, we start making it anyway
• Once we start making it, no changes
• Check your email (look in junk mail too)
