Our Making Steps:

1. Send Us Your Pet's Picture (Tips for good photos):
   • Take pictures in daylight
   • Take pictures of your pet facing forward
   • Get close-up, clear shots
   • Need help picking a photo? Just ask us!
2. See Your Design (1-3 days): We'll turn your pet's photo into thread art. Want changes? Just tell us.
3. Making Your Hat (2-3 days): Our artists sew your pet's face with careful work.
4. Sending to You (8-12 days): We pack your hat with care and send it from our team.

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES:

• You must say "yes" to your design within 5 days
• After 5 days, we start making it anyway
• Once we start making it, we can't change it
• Check your email (even junk mail)

Taking Care of Your Hat:

• Wash gently in cool water with like colors
• Let it dry in the air

• Custom hats can't be returned
• We'll send a free new one if shipping takes more than 5 weeks
• $25 fee if you cancel after we start making it
