   • Get your pet to look at the camera
   • Get close to see all the cute details
   • Need help picking a photo? Just ask us!
2. See Your Design (1-3 days): We'll turn your pet's photo into a design. Want changes? Just tell us.
3. Making Your Item (2-3 days): Our artists sew your pet's face with thread.
4. Shipping (8-12 days): We pack your item carefully and send it to you from Singapore.

• You must check your design within 5 days
• After 5 days, we start making it
• Once we start making it, we can't change it
• Check your email (and spam folder) for the design
